SQUIDGY CHOCOLATE SQUARES IN SPANISH!

A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!

Cuadrados de Chocolate (Miss Christine’s Brownies)

Base:

125 gr. mantequilla o margarina/250 gr.

40 gr. cocoa amarga en polvo, cernida (1/3 taza m/m)

2 huevos medianos, batidos

1 taza azucar blanca

1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla

1 taza harina sin polvos, cernida

1/2  taza nueces picadas(optativo) Pueden ser almendras.

1 cucharadita cucharadita de polvos de hornear

pizca de sal

Cubierta:

Prender horno a gas mediano.

To all the pupils who will be sitting for the PSU this coming week, I wish you all the best. I hope you all have results which will permit you to achieve your academic goals. The FCE people, remember that Thursday 6th is the day for Listening and Speaking, at the Chilean British Institute, I believe at 3 p m. Be there at least twenty minutes before, and don't forget your ID card, black pencils (at least two), eraser and your number (which appears on the paper I gave you).If you have lost it, telephone the Institute and speak to Maribel. She will give you the information you need. Also, don't forget that the Reading, Writing and Use of English is at the Mackay School on December 11th, starting at 9 a m. You'll also need a pen for the writing part(no pencil).
