What is a diamond poem? (or diamante poem)

It is a style of poetry made up of six or seven lines, that usually form the shape of a diamond.

                                     Winter
                                 Rainy, cold
                       Skiing, skating, sledding 
                   Mountains, wind, breeze, ocean
                  Swimming, surfing, scuba diving
                                 Sunny, hot
